Exchange and Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase! If something isn't quite right, here's how our exchange process works.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. How to Request an Exchange
- Email us or contact on our whatsapp number with your order number and the item you’d like exchanged.
- We’ll send you instructions and the exchange shipping address.
- You're responsible for shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
3. Processing Your Exchange
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll confirm whether it’s eligible for an exchange.
- If approved, we’ll ship the new item as soon as possible.
- If the replacement item is unavailable or you prefer a refund, we’ll offer that instead.
